Outdoor Tech is an online store with a physical location in Austin, Texas.
We work with multiple manufacturers and suppliers worldwide, which means shipping times may vary depending on the specific product you purchase. The shipping timeframe for each item is listed directly on its product page.
All orders to the continental U.S. are processed on business days. Due to carrier restrictions, we cannot ship to P.O. boxes. Processing time is typically 1–3 business days before the item is shipped.

Refund Policy
Returns
We want you to be satisfied with your Outdoor Tech purchase. If you are not happy with your order, please contact us at vineslunar@gmail.com as soon as possible, and we will work to resolve the issue promptly.

Return Eligibility:

Items can be returned within 14 days of the purchase date.

Products must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in their original packaging.

Do not send your return to the manufacturer.
If more than 30 days have passed, we cannot offer a refund or exchange. In some cases, we may offer a discount or store credit.

Incorrect Shipping Address
If you enter the wrong shipping address, we can re-ship your order once it is returned to us. The customer is responsible for the cost of re-shipping.
If you request a refund instead, we will deduct the original shipping cost and a 50% restocking fee.
Please double-check your shipping information before placing an order. If you notice an error, contact us immediately so we can update it before shipping.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within a set number of days.
Sale Items: Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items are non-refundable.
Exchanges
